Acronis will perform planned maintenance in EU2 data center which we use as a backup location for our Acronis Backup Cloud solutions.

Acronis Cloud Team will perform an infrastructure platform update for preparation of Acronis Cyber Cloud 9.

We have another hypervisor which has the same symptoms as the outage from yesterday. We have found evidence that this is a targeted attack at one of our customers. We have suspended that customers service. We will closely monitor and fix whatever service is still affected.

Due to the amount of requests we also found a configuration problem on noc.snel.com and have updated the configuration.

On the 28th of April 2018 we experienced an unexpected crash on one of our rack swicthes (S00R19). After investigating the issue with Brocade we have decided to upgrade the firmware on all of our rack switches.

Maintenance start: 30/05/2018 00:00 CEST Maintenance end: 30/05/2017 06:00 CEST Expected impact: All dedicated servers and colocation customers are affected by this maintenance. Our cloud VPS platform is unaffected. During the maintenance every stack of switches will be rebooted which results in loss of connectivity between your server and our switch. The reboot should take no longer than 10 minutes after which the connectivity should be restored.

During the maintenance our support staff will be available to answer e-mails sent to support@snel.com.

Today we experienced a outage on one of our hypervisors. One of our Ceph nodes started blocking requests starting at 2019-12-24 16:27 CEST.

At 2019-12-24 17:53 we resolved the issue and the recovery of Ceph began.

On the 10th of December 2019 we will perform an IPMI update on our Hypervisors.

Expected impact This maintenance should not affect the availability of our Cloud VPS platform. Your VPS will be hot-migrated to another hypervisor and should remain available during the maintenance. However, we have experienced a bug during earlier maintenance which affected the availability after hot-migrations of some VPS'es. Due to this, we will monitor the availability of the VPS'es during and after the hot-migrations and we will take necessary actions when needed. These may include a reboot of your VPS.

During the maintenance, our support staff as SmartDC will be available to answer e-mails sent to support@snel.com.
