The Acronis Cloud Team will redeploy Acronis True Image to the latest version

Expected impact: All Acronis services may become unavailable for up to 30 minutes during the activity.

On the 7th of December 2021 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform a dark site test.

Expected impact: If all goes as planned no services will be affected during this maintenance. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

Acronis Cloud Team will perform an activity during which some network equipment will be migrated for an overall better quality of the provided Acronis services.

Expected impact: All Acronis services may become unavailable for up to 3 hours during the activity.

Acronis Cyber Cloud team will perform an update of Global Router.

Expected impact: During the update, the Acronis Console will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes.

Expected impact: If all goes as planned no services will be affected during this maintenance. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

We would like to announce a scheduled maintenance for our Pure Performance VPS platform. The maintenance is scheduled for October 26th, 2021. We will hot migrate some VPS'es to other hypervisors.

Expected impact: No downtime is expected. We will monitor the availability of all VPS’es and we will take necessary actions when needed.

On Monday 25th October we will replace the faulty switch of our Pure Performance Platform.
