Earlier today we have had issues with the redundancy on our Cloud Platform switches. Issue has been resolved.

We are investigating the reason why the redundancy failed.

Maintenance start: 20/09/2018 09:39 CEST Maintenance end: 20/09/2018 09:40 CEST Impact: When the switch did failover there was a short downtime between 09:39 and 09:40.

We will be doing emergency maintenance on our Cloud VPS platform due to a bug which has recently been discovered. A patch is available and to apply these patches it is necessary to restart the hypervisors. We will start the emergency maintenance tonight.

Expected impact This maintenance should not affect the availability of our Cloud VPS platform. Your VPS will be hot-migrated to another hypervisor and should remain available during the maintenance. However, we have experienced a bug during earlier maintenance which affected the availability after hot-migrations of some VPS'es. Due to this, we will monitor the availability of the VPS'es during and after the hot-migrations and we will take necessary actions when needed. These may include a reboot of your VPS.

We had a problem with the swiches in Rack 9 which resulted in outage in part of our network. The issue was caused by a misconfiguration on the switches which is resolved. We are investigating how to prevent this from happening again.

Earlier today we have had an issue one of our distributed storage platforms. The issue has been resolved. We changed our monitoring process to prevent this from happening in the future. If you still experiencing an issue do not hesitate to contact us.

Earlier today we have had issues with the redundancy on our Cloud Platform switches. The issue is caused by a bug in the firmware. We will upgrade the firmware of the switches of our Cloud VPS platform.

Maintenance start: 10th of October (Today) 2018 23:00 CEST Maintenance end: 11th of October 2018 06:00 CEST

Expected impact: All VPS servers are affected by this maintenance. Our dedicated and colocation customers are unaffected. During the maintenance, the stack of our Cloud VPS switch will be rebooted which results in loss of connectivity between your server and our switch. The reboot should take no longer than 10 minutes after which the connectivity should be restored.
