Due to a misconfiguration on our SAN controllers failure on our management network has resulted in unavailability of our NFS storage. Ultimately this led to unavailability of all of our customers' Cloud VPS servers and some of our own internal services (like resolution nameservers). Pure Performance VPS platform was unaffected due to local storage on that platform. We have discussed the configuration and proposed corrective measures which will be implemented in the near future.

On the 11th of May 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform power maintenance. They test their power generators and make sure they remain start-ready and healthy.

The maintenance will start on 11th of May end will 19th of May. The maintenance will start every morning at 07:00 AM and will end 16:00 PM.

On the 28th of January 2021 we will perform an emergency update on all our hypervisors to patch a critical issue in our software. Therefore we will migrate the servers to other hypervisors and update the hypervisors 1 by 1.

On the 7th of April 2022, we will perform emergency maintenance due to the outage of last week

Last week we had an outage on one of our hypervisors hv09.snel.com. In order to apply a fix for this issue, we will perform emergency maintenance for hypervisor hv09.snel.com. Therefore we will migrate the servers to other hypervisors.

Maintenance start: 7th of April 2022 at 23:00 CET Maintenance end: 8th of April 2022 at 05:00 CET Expected impact: This maintenance should not affect the availability of our Cloud VPS platform as our network is redundant.

During the maintenance, our support staff will be available to answer e-mails sent to support@snel.com.
