  • On the 16th of February 2022 SmartDC / i3D (our IP transit provider) will perform a router software upgrade. Following this software upgrade the routers will be rebooted. This procedure will happen one router at a time and due to the fact that our connections are redundant this will not affect the availability.

    Expected impact: If all goes as planned no services will be affected during this maintenance, we expect reduced redundancy only. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

    We would like to announce an emergent scheduled maintenance for Snel.com network infrastructure. The maintenance is scheduled for January 27th, 2022. Snel.com will update the software on their rack switches.

    Due to a recently discovered bug in the software which is currently in use we will update the software on all our rack switches.

    Expected impact: During our tests we saw a downtime of less than 2 minutes due to the reboot. We expect a downtime of 5 minutes per rack at most.
