We identiefied an issue with the PSU and replaced the defective PSU. All systems are operational again.

Unfortunately all VM's on this hypervisor have experienced an unclean shutdown. If you encounter issues with your VM please contact support@snel.com.

On the 2nd of November 2021 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform a generator onload test.

At 19.19 we received reports that one of our Pure Performance Platform switches stopped responding. After investigation, we detected that SW1 went into a hardware issue state, in order to resolve the issues we have connected a few hypervisors to our redundant switch. We will replace SW1 later this week.
