On the 12th of October 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform maintenance on the cooling pump.

Maintenance start (CET/CEST): 12th October 2022 07:00 Maintenance end (CET/CEST): 14th October 2022 17:00 Maintenance duration: 58 hours

Reason for this maintenance:

To further realize the heat pump project, they will connect the new heat pump by creating an intake to their existing cooling system in order to connect the extra systems required for the heat pump project.

Expected impact:

There will be a temperature increase while the cooling pumps are being switched to another power source. We don't expect downtime. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby. The maintenance works will be limited to 10 hours per day.

On the 11th of October 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform maintenance on the cooling pump.

Maintenance start (CET/CEST): 11th October 2022 07:00 Maintenance end (CET/CEST): 11th October 2022 11:00 Maintenance duration: 4 hours

Reason for this maintenance:

The reason for this maintenance is to replace the power distributor.

Expected impact:

There will be a temperature increase while the cooling pumps are being switched to another power source. We don't expect downtime. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

On the 4th of October 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform a off-load test.

Expected impact: If all goes as planned no services will be affected during this maintenance. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

On the 27th of September 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform maintenance on the cooling pump.

Maintenance start (CET/CEST): 27th September 2022 07:00 Maintenance end (CET/CEST): 27th September 2022 17:00 Maintenance duration: 10 hours

Reason for this maintenance:

The feeds of the pumps are going to be moved from the existing distributor of the chillers to the new distributor of the heat pump installation. The distributors of the chillers are going to be removed because they are blocking installation of the new heat pumps.

Expected impact:

There will be a temperature increase while the cooling pumps are being switched to another power source. This can take up to 3 hours of increased temperatures in our suite. We don't expect downtime. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

On the 27th of September 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform maintenance on their routers.

Reason for this maintenance:

The routine software upgrade will be performed on the core infrastructure routers in SmartDC Rotterdam. It's a preventive maintenance to fix several known issues in the current router software before they might impact any services and is required for the maintained stability of their network platform.

Expected impact:

If all goes as planned no services will be affected during this maintenance. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.

We would like to announce maintenance for 23rd August 2022. During the maintenance, add a new hypervisor to our cluster.

Maintenance start (CET/CEST): 23rd August 2022 23:00 Maintenance end (CET/CEST): 24th August 2022 06:00 Maintenance duration: 7 hours

Expected impact: No downtime is expected. We will monitor the availability of all VPS’es and we will take necessary actions when needed.

We would like to announce emergency maintenance for tonight 22nd August 2022. One of our storage controllers was replaced recently. During this replacement we encountered issues with the failover settings, we will correct these settings. Currently we're running in a degraded redundancy for our storage cluster.
