On the 2nd of February 2024 I3D.net, our network carrier, will perform emergency network maintenance to implement a fix for the root cause of the outages that occurred on December 20th and December 28th by upgrading the firmware for the core routers.
Maintenance start (CET/CEST): 2nd February 2024 08:00 Maintenance end (CET/CEST): 2nd February 2024 09:00 Maintenance duration: 1 hour
Expected impact: Impact is expected, reduced redundancy and a 15-minute downtime to both IPT services as each router reboots. These sessions will not be down simultaneously. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.
