We have disconnected this PSU permanently.

We have disconnected all other devices from the power network and reset the tripped breaker at 05:30\. After this time we started connecting all devices again. At 05:37 the last of the monitored devices was online again.

    Aug 5, 10:19:00 GMT+0 - Identified - Staring 12:19 we received alerts about VM&#039;s on hv01.snel.com going down. Upon inspecting the logs it came to our attention that the system registered a power off event by a power key press. Soon after we started hv01.snel.com again and started restoring all VM&#039;s. Around 13:09 last VM&#039;s were started.

inspecting the System Event Logs did not yield any reason why this has happened. Since no one was near the rack in which hv01.snel.com is located we know for sure the power key has not been pressed physically. We suspect there is an issue with the button on this server.

We will move all VM&#039;s on this node to another node immediately and remove this node from our cluster permanently. Preparations have begun and we will update once we have finished all activities regarding this issue. Pure Performance VPS platform was unaffected due to local storage on that platform. We have discussed the configuration and proposed corrective measures which will be implemented in the near future.

Jan 14, 08:25:00 GMT+0 - Resolved - We have investigated the logs and couldn&#039;t find anything which explains the cause.

We have opened a ticket with our vendor and asked them for advice. We also have created an internal task to upgrade the firmware on all our rackswitches, we will soon announce the schedule through our status page.
