On the 27th of September 2022 SmartDC, the datacenter in which our servers are located, will perform maintenance on the cooling pump.
Maintenance start (CET/CEST): 27th September 2022 07:00
Maintenance end (CET/CEST): 27th September 2022 17:00
Maintenance duration: 10 hours
Reason for this maintenance:
The feeds of the pumps are going to be moved from the existing distributor of the chillers to the new distributor of the heat pump installation. The distributors of the chillers are going to be removed because they are blocking installation of the new heat pumps.
Expected impact:
There will be a temperature increase while the cooling pumps are being switched to another power source. This can take up to 3 hours of increased temperatures in our suite. We don't expect downtime. In the unfortunate event that something unexpected happens our technical support team is standby.
