Acronis Network Team will perform an activity in FRA2 (Frankfurt, Germany) on which the NAT IP addresses to the external pool will be extended for an overall better quality of the provided Acronis services. For more information please refer to the table below. Current IP range = 45.11.129.1, new ip range = 45.11.129.1 - 45.11.129.2.
Expected impact: We do not expect any influence but packet loss might occur briefly during the activity while the traffic is routed between the network devices and in some unlikely circumstances operations of Acronis services might be degraded.
Actions needed: The new IP addresses should be added to the incoming Firewall and Mail server rules prior the activity.
