    On the 21th of September 2019 we experienced an unexpected behaviour on our Cloud VPS (SW1). After investigating the issue with Dell we have decided to reboot the switch.

    Maintenance start: 21th of September 2019 at 23:00 CEST Maintenance end: 22th of March 2019 at 05:00 CEST Expected impact: This maintenance should not affect the availability of our Cloud VPS platform as our network is redudant. However, we have experienced a issue earlier during the fail-over process. Due to this, we will monitor the availability of the VPS'es during the reboot of SW1.

    During the maintenance our support staff will be available to answer e-mails sent to support@snel.com.
