We would like to announce a scheduled maintenance for hypervisor 4 on our Cloud VPS platform. The maintenance is scheduled for April 11, 2018. On March 28, 2018 we finished the Spectre and Meltdown firmware patches, but it came to our attention that one patch was not installed correctly. So during this maintenance we will ran a firmware update for hypervisor 4.
We will mail our customers who are affected by this maintenance directly.
Expected impact
During the maintenance we have to shutdown all Cloud VPS on HV04 on our Cloud VPS platform which will be unavailable for 15-30 minutes. This means that your Cloud VPS will be unavailable during this time and you can not perform any action through the control panel.We will monitor the availability of your Cloud VPS after the maintenance.
